Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made online through CITY MPV Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd. By making a booking, you agree to the following:

 

1. Bookings and Payment
 

1.1 Reservation Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when full or partial payment is received, and a confirmation email is sent to the customer.
 

1.2 Payment Methods
The Company accepts payments via credit card, debit card, and other online payment gateways. Full payment or a deposit must be made at the time of booking, depending on the package.
 

1.3 Prices and Surcharges
All prices are quoted in [Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)] and are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as increased government taxes or fuel surcharges. Customers will be notified if any changes affect their booking.

 

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
 

2.1 Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour date will be refunded with a deduction of RM20 administration fee.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
   

2.2 Cancellation by the Company
In the event that the Company needs to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, government restrictions, lack of participation), customers will be offered:

• A full refund, or

• An alternative tour date, subject to availability.
   

2.3 Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within [X working days] and returned to the original payment method used.

 

3. Amendments to Bookings
 

3.1 Changes by the Customer

Requests to amend a booking must be made in writing at least 3 days before the scheduled tour date. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

3.2 Changes by the Company
The Company reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to operational requirements. If significant changes occur, customers will be informed as soon as possible.

 

4. Tour Participation
 

4.1 Eligibility
Participants must meet the age, physical, and other requirements as stated in the tour description. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are physically fit and capable of participating in the selected tour.

4.2 Health and Safety
Customers are required to inform the Company of any health conditions or special requirements before the tour begins. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these needs.

4.3 Conduct
The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who poses a risk to themselves or others due to inappropriate behavior.

 

5. Liability and Insurance
 

5.1 Company Liability
The Company will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour, except where such incidents are a direct result of the Company’s negligence.

5.2 Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that customers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, such as trip cancellations, medical expenses, and loss of personal belongings.

 

6. Force Majeure
 

The Company will not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, and government actions.

 

7. Data Protection and Privacy
 

7.1 Personal Information
The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Personal information will only be used for the purpose of completing bookings and providing services.

7.2 Third-Party Sharing
Your data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to facilitate the booking process (e.g., for accommodation or transportation arrangements).
 

 

8. Governing Law
 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

10. Acceptance of Terms
 

By confirming a booking with CITY MPV Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
